The National Coordinator, Police Campaign Against Cultism and other Vices, POCACOV, Csp Ebere Amarizu, this weekend received an award of Excellence from Proprietors Associations of Private Schools, PAPS, Enugu State Chapter, on Human Empowerment and Societal Development.
